As I finish another course on my Master's journey, I am reflecting on what I have learned in Communication and Collaboration and realise that this course has touched many areas of my life.  This is a topic that is not restricted to Early Childhood Education but also life on a whole.

How I collaborate with others in my life, has an impact on how I progress and generally live with those that I come into contact with.    No man is an island and no man stands alone, and it is important that we all learn how to work together for the benefit of all.

To successfully work together, we all need to be able to communicate our thoughts, intentions and motives clearly.  If you do not understand me, and I misunderstand you, then we can not collaborate successfully.

During the past 8 weeks, my group was very supportive and I learnt a lot through our group discussions and visiting the blogs of my classmates.  The knowledge that was shared opened my eyes to the varying ways that the course material could be interpreted.  It was a good 8 weeks and I wish my Instructor and classmates all the best in your future endeavours.
